I enjoy helping people, whether it’s selling their current residence or guiding them in the purchase of new home. Over 90% of my sales come from referrals. I pride myself in going the extra mile for my clients and earning their trust is most important to me.
I have lived in Cumberland all my life. I started working in my family's hardware store in Lincoln where my Dad and my uncles taught me the importance of building lifelong relationships with clients by providing outstanding customer service.
I have been actively involved in the Cumberland community over the years, including managing youth sports, raising money for Cumberland Fest, and spearheading a softball game to buy a scoreboard in the gym at the Cumberland-Lincoln Boys & Girls Club. I was also on the first phase of the school bond referendum that built B.F. Norton Elementary School.
I utilize professional stagers and photographers to achieve incredible results, offering million dollar marketing for homes of all price ranges. My homes have been going under agreement in just days. Both my listings at 21 Will Croft and 33 Aurora in Cumberland were under agreement in less than a week, while 18 Wyoming in Cumberland was under agreement in only three weeks. In addition, I completed the highest priced sale in Cumberland over the past eight years, closing 132 Angell Road for $884,000 in April of 2015.
I also enjoy working with buyers, especially first time buyers. I practice patience in trying to get my clients the best possible value and I appreciate the fact that they have entrusted me with perhaps the largest financial transaction of their lives. I am much more interested in finding the right home, than making a quick sale.
As a recipient of the Five Star Professional Award for each of the past three years, I look forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs.
